Graduates desiring to receive education to enhance their job opportunities and qualifications no longer need to defer their access to the business world to pursue paying back their student loans. Thanks to e-learning through the Internet, there is an option now that enables them to combine study and a full-time career, while studying for their master's degree or postgraduate qualification.
Promotion- Master's Degrees for 26 FA 39 officers
The fiscal year 2000 lieutenant colonel promotion board selected 26 FA 39 officers for promotion, compared to twenty-two officers selected in last year's board. Of those chosen, nineteen were fully trained, and eleven were graduates of the fully funded FA 39 master's degree program. The FA 39 promotion-zone selection rate exceeded the Army's average two years in a row.
