M.Ed. in Educational Leadership and Administration (pending approval)

This program is designed for educators that wish to improve student achievement and educational equity throughout the world by building their knowledge and skills using the principles of effective schools and educational leadership articulated by Dr. Douglas Reeves, and other leading researchers and thinkers in the field. Participants will use scientific research from the fields of adult learning, student achievement, leadership, and organizational effectiveness to expand their personal knowledge and demonstrate their new insights to colleagues in their own learning communities. The program consists of 36 hours of coursework and is comprised of eleven academic courses and one synthesis course that will be designed by course participant in collaboration with a faculty advisor.
