Some months ago, we received a review sample of the book Accelerated Distance Learning by Bradley Voeller. Reading the book, I was intrigued by how Brad, a homeschool graduate, had created a new model that self-starting high schoolers and those contemplating college at home could use to earn real college degrees in a fraction of the time and money necessary for a conventional campus-based college program. Associate Nursing Degree Inner City Research

This study investigated the effectiveness of non-intellective compared to intellective thinkers as predictors of academic performance in an associate degree nursing program. Specifically, the inner city college study examined how different coping style, personal problems, age, marital status, and employment status compared with academic achievement test scores and high school grade point average in predicting the first year academic performance of nursing students admitted under open admissions.
